Mastering Your Mentoring

FCCS is pleased to invite volunteers and mentors to training classes to support you in mastering your mentorship with your matched youth. While these specific training classes are designed for caregivers, their content is still applicable to volunteers and mentors. Participants will learn how experiencing trauma may affect your matched, tools to help youth develop appropriate social skills and so much more to become a better mentor. Because the trainings are NOT coordinated by the Volunteers Department, RSVP is required. Please contact the Volunteers Department at (614) 275-2690 or email fccsvolunteers@fccs.us for registration or further questions.

Note: Central Ohio Regional Training Center (CORTC) offers in-person trainings in Franklin county AND surrounding counties; as well as virtual trainings.  Please make sure you are reviewing the caregiver trainings offered in FRANKLIN county.)
