The content of Franklin County Children Services (FCCS) social media sites shall include, but is not limited to information, photographs, videos, and hyperlinks.
Our goal is to provide and maintain a fair and respectful online environment for everyone in our community focusing discussions on areas of particular interest, rather than creating a public forum. This site is monitored. FCCS will respond to questions, comments, and messages, when appropriate, as quickly as possible. By participating on FCCS’s social media pages, you are agreeing to our commenting policy, outlined below.
We reserve the right to delete posts containing any of the following elements:
We encourage open discussion, which includes disagreement, but we will not tolerate harassment or taunting of FCCS employees, community partners, volunteers and the families we serve.
If you repeatedly violate this policy, you will be removed from our page.
Threatening comments toward others will be captured for public records use then hidden on our wall so others cannot see them. These comments do not warrant a response. To address threatening comments towards others, the Franklin County Children Services page administrator will contact the Columbus Police Department and file a telecommunications harassment report.
